A pillow or bolster is a compact, round-shaped pillow. The pillow is designed to support the back, neck, lower back or knees during restorative yoga poses and promote deeper relaxation. The cushion is used to provide soft support during lying and sitting poses, passive forward bends, backbends and pranayama practice.

The roller filler is high-quality horsehair. This ensures an even distribution and therefore optimal comfort. Please note that over time, a “correctly” stuffed bolster changes its shape, that is, it becomes flatter or “flattened.” This is correct, since the inside is horsehair, not synthetic. Regularly fluff and reshape the bolster to maintain its structure and even distribution of the horsehair.
