The Taurus seat cushion makes sitting dynamic. Thanks to light imbalance, abs and back muscles are demanded even for sitting. The nubby side of the Taurus seat cushion can be used like a massage cushion, i.e. for feet or back. You get even more exercising possibilities with two balance cushions. You can do coordination and leg training by standing on the balance cushions.
